Quilting for a Novice

Jen, a Kennedy art teacher and one of the most talented teachers I know (she runs, she instructs yoga, she's nationally certified) has started quilting.  Look what she did with these lovely fabrics.  This simple pieced baby quilt just sings because of the fabrics and design.  She entrusted this quilt to me for quilting.  We are both pleased with how it turned out.  I sent her home with a binding demo and a book with clearly-written binding directions - Quilts Made Modern by Weeks Ringle and Bill Kerr.  Can't wait to see the finished product!  And I can't wait to teach Jen some of my tricks!
